MY PRESENTATIONS
“Stories teach us. They shape us. They help us understand the world, and they help the world understand us. My story is one of self-esteem, resilience, and transformation.”— Louise
I offer two different presentations around the topic of self-esteem, you can find more information on each below.
TRANSFORMED
for Men
Transformed - Break Free from the Stress of Toxic Workplace Dynamics
This 30-minute session is a powerful overview of the core issues men tackle inside workplaces:
Pharaoh & Servant Relationships – Understanding the hidden power struggles that sabotage teams and leaders.
Workplace Bullying – The true cost to productivity, culture, and retention, and why current “report-investigate-punish” models are failing.
Emotional Hostage Training – How to spot and break free from emotional hijacking—whether it’s coming from others, or from your own inner critic.
This session is designed to spark awareness and start conversations. It’s an introduction to the tools and insights I bring in our longer workplace programs, where we tackle these issues head-on and create lasting cultural change.
TRIGGERED
for parents
Restore Balance: When Love Becomes Control!
This powerful session is designed for parents—especially mums—who are exhausted by constant power struggles and emotional battles. Using my ‘Pharaoh’ and ‘Servant’ framework, I share how to break free from toxic patterns and bring peace back into your home.
In this 30-minute talk, you’ll learn:
1. How to recognise Pharaoh vs. Servant behaviours – understanding who holds the power and why these patterns keep repeating.
2. Why boundaries don’t work with Pharaoh kids – and what to do instead.
3. How to stop being triggered by bad behaviour – practical, simple steps to stay calm and regain control of your own emotions.
This isn’t about blaming or shaming; it’s about awareness, empathy, and using the right strategies to create more balance, harmony, and respect in your relationships.
You’ll walk away with tools that work, confidence in your approach, and a fresh perspective on parenting without power struggles.
